If you're using this for a thai curry, look elsewhere. This coconut milk was probably the thinnest I've ever seen. The can had a thin layer of fat at the top and the rest was like clear water. I bought two can to make a Panang curry and it was horrendous. I had to use corn starch to thicken it up and the taste was not there. Would not buy again.
