PilotDr. Grip Ballpoint Ink Refills for Retractable Pens, Fine Point, Blue Ink, 2-Pack (77211)

I was first introduced to the Dr. Grip Ballpoint pens when I was in high school (I am now 37) and still use them to this day. The ink on these pens write smooth and do not smear when using. What I like most about these refills is that they are very easy to install, and the packaging is great as well for storing the second refill still in the package when you utilize the first one. With bad packaging, I could see someone losing the second refill very easily, forcing them to buy another package of 2.The refills last just as long as the initial pen ink that is provided when purchasing a Dr. Grip pen. On average I go through 1-2 refills in any given year, and I use this pen in my CPA practice every single day. No ink blotches, smears, mess, etc. Refill does its job.Only con I will give it (if you can even consider it a con) that the quality of the ink will continue until you are completely out, so you will get very little warning that you are running out of ink. It is great for this as the quality never falters, but its a potential ::con:: if you do not always have at a minimum, one refill at the ready because the ink comes out at 100% throughout the use, but once that ink is done, it stops in its tracks.Each time the ink dries out, when I see the unit, there is zero ink in it, does not dry out, and you get every last drop of ink within the unit. I would recommend this to any and all that use pens everyday, especially those that may have arthritis, as the Dr. Grip pen does help with those with pain in their hands to write a little better than the thinner pens.

They're refills for Dr. Grip pens, what's not to love? Great value for the money, you can get blue or black ink and the ink lasts a long time. I love the variety of colors they come in, their larger size makes for a very comfortable and natural grip and they write so smooth, woth easy flow.

These are the ballpoint refills that fit the Dr. Grip ballpoint pens. These do not fit the gel or roller ball ones.These are also used in various other pens as well. One I’ve found is the Zebra Orbitz. I have a Patriotic one and a Camo one that this refill fits. There are countless other non-Pilot brands it fits.These refills run the course. Before she retired, my mother used to use the Bottle2Pen recycled ones (mad from plastic bottles). She would run her pens completely out of ink. You couldn’t see the ink. The B2P took this refill so she went through quite a few of them.Works right off, and in my mom’s case, they worked to the nib/nub of the refill.The value is average. I say this as I remember getting these at Walmart for $1. So, paying twice that isn’t too much of a value. But, I’ve seen worse.

package was torn open for me...I assume it was to test the refills before shipping them. if not then they are used. so far the one I am using is great, haven't needed the other one yet

We really dig the Dr Grip pens for ease of use. These refills were a fair price, easy to switch out and lasted a long time. Will be buying them again. Highly recommend.

I do a lot of writing at work and this pen flows across the paper. I’ve purchased many Prior to this one. I finally found a pen that works perfect for me.

The Pilot Ballpoint fine point refills are the best. The Pilot ballpoint retractable pens are light and smooth when annotating. Fabulous. I purchase my Pilot ballpoints from a stationary store on West 10th Avenue and Discovery in Vancouver, BC. They are the only ones who carry the retractable pens. Staples does not stock either. Love both stores. Thank you.
