Your browser does not support HTML5 video. My friend's hair is very curly.So I bought this product for her. I tried it today. It really feels good and very effective. The hair becomes very straight after pulling. The steam visual effect is relatively small, but when I pull the hair, the sound will always accompanied, but this product come with a glove. You don't have to worry about the hand being burned.

Decent but could use some upgrades
Good steamer great quality! Only issue, it doesnt open very wide which makes it a bit difficult to get hair in between the jaws without catching on the teeth and causing an uneven stroke when trying to straighten also pulling hair

It works great
Almost sent it back, because I did not know how to increase the heat levels up to 400. I had to wait until it got to 250; then increase it by touching the power button. I read the instructions online and looked at videos. I really like it, and it works as advertised.

2nd when I ordered to give it another chance and it is the same thing
This is ridiculous the 1st one I bought did not steam sent it back the 2nd one the water falls right out of the tank before i can be locked in place in the flat iron

Not Worth The Money
My Wife Gave this product two weeks of use to give it an opportunity to show what it can do....her only advise is don't waste the money. This product is all show no go and it does NOT smooth your hair.
