The manual included in the box states nothing about lab results for sanitizing for VIRUSES, the box states it does, but the lab results in the box only list bacteria. There is already skepticism around this product with consumers since you claim to do in 30 seconds what other brands take 5 to 10 minutes to do. We would like to see the lab results to back that up. And its suspicious to a family user that you list Viruses on box but not in manual under "lab results"Will send back because can't take any chances with our immunodeficiency family members.

Bought this as a gift.... the person opened it at a later date ... the thing doesn’t work... I emailed the company and got no response

Great product. Came fully assembled. What I really like is the "drop in chamber" idea. Want to sanitize your phone, put it in the top (I wouldn't actually "drop" my cellphone on purpose), ditto with any other item : kids toys, hairbrushes. Even underwear/socks. It doesn't take long and you can pull the items out knowing that they're germ-free. You're not locked into a one-size- fits-all or one-type of product usage model.I haven't tried using it with my toothbrush, but I have considered it.

Uses UV-C which is a plus for bactericidal effects. A bit too clunky and out of place for my taste. Would like to know specific UV wavelength if possible.

Bought this in December and it seems that the bulbs already need to be replaced or the device is broken.

I have done my research and so far this sanitizer box is the best deal.The only reason why I'm giving it four stars is because the first few days of using the red light would blink indicating battery needs to be changed but I was able to tweak it so now it's working.LOL! I like that it fits our xbox one controller.

A lifesaver during these dark pandemic times. It’s part of our disinfecting ritual upon arriving home. We put everything from our phones, keys, glasses, etc in it. Grateful for this product.
