Good chassis design and airflow, poor build quality
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The chassis design and airflow of this product are quite nice, but it arrived with 5 missing screws, which I found rolling around in the box. Made loud vibration noises when turned on, so inspecting the internal fans I discovered that the 4 smaller fans were only held in place by 1 screw in 1 corner, and the larger center fan was not fastened in place with at all (see attached video). Really wanted this fan to work...as I said, the airflow is great. But build quality, vibration noises and 5 stripped screws have forced me to return it.

Works for what it is but came with one of the feet broken and screws falling out
The package arrived and when I opened it one of the feet you pop up to hold your laptop on the apart from the unit. I was able to make do by just setting it in the slot but it was disappointing. I looked back in the package and noticed there was a couple little screws floating around I found out they had fallen out of the bottom. I would have sent this back if I wasn't working out of town. I'm pretty disappointed other than the bad craftsmanship it does the job, though I would not recommend this product.

Unfortunate Purchase
This is my 2nd time buying this cooling pad. It works so well for one laptop that I ordered it for another. Sadly, the item I received is not what was advertised. It wasn't new (or even close to new condition), and it didn't include the cords necessary to use the cooling pad. If I had opened the package containing it right away it would have been returned.

Description doesn’t match product
Here is what Amazon had on their description: two On/Off switches to controll 5 fans and LEDs simultaneously. ( Simply press the switch to select 1 fan working, 4 fans working, or all 5 working together.) The only problem is there is not two on/off switches. You can’t turn some on and off. Either all are on or off. Can only control speed totally inaccurate description. Other then that it works.

Hard to figure out
I have it plugged in to the laptop but the fans don’t come on just has cold air coming from some were so I am not sure if it’s actually working
