We are only send replace if the plants are completely dead and photos are provided. If there are damages during transit, customer have responsibility to save them and we will issue 15% discount in that case. Please do not place order if you are not willing to do so. We are trying our to bring healthy plants to customer, but damages may not be avoidable. PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY! After that, we will not do have any responsibility for the plant.
