Works as designed
After discovering DUB uses yet a new "standard" I ordered this tool to install a new BB. It's plenty sturdy the only issue is the teeth don't engage very deep so just make sure it's square before torqueing. Tool works properly and as designed. As some have said, might not be an everyday shop tool but for the average user it's fine for the price.

Does the job, sturdy, but may scratch the cups
This works really well but it is steel, hence much harder than aluminum. So when aluminum BB cups are tightened to proper torque using this tool, chances are high that the cups will get minor scratches. My guess is that is why the well known brand's similar tool is alloy. So the bottom line is, it is a good and sturdy tool, and it does its job well - but if you are overly concerned about the looks (of your BB cups, but anyway :) ) - you may be better off using a less sturdy tool.

Steel vs Aluminum!
Great value and works as described, used to replace 2 bottom brackets with zero signs of wear. I am fan of Park Tools, but their BBT-79 has numerous complaints of the socket stripping due to the soft aluminum material. I recommend the socket style over the handle design simply due to the ability to attach a torque wrench.

Perfect tool for a SRAM DUB BSA bottom bracket
