Great monitor, just what I was after. Speakers are a bonus with great sound

I ordered it because it was not only a monitor but had audio with microphone and B&O speakers as well as a camera. The camera and microphone are housed in a flimsy housing at the top which slides up when in use but works OK.It was a real faff getting it set up as the microphone and camera won’t work if you are using only an HDMI cable. As my older laptop did not have a USB-C port, I had to purchase a USB-A to USB-C adapter cable and got it to work great for zoom meetings. You have to connect both the HDMI and the USB cables at the same time to get it to pork properly. Once set up, it will probably also work with WebEx or Microsoft Team or other similar online platforms.Still not worked out how to get to work when it not online!

Great monitor for providing an all in one solution in the office especially as we seem to be doing more meetings on Teams/Zoom, however what the instruction won't tell you is that you'll need the USB C lead provided to connect tot he USB port on your desktop / laptop to allow the webcam to work. Not a big issue hence it hasn't effected the overall score, but a need to know which even the HP website doesn't tell you.

Takes a bit to set up and requires USB cable as well as HDMI Connection to operate. Excellent sound quality and microphone performance. Camera could do with higher resolution.

I got this monitor for the built in speakers and web cam but after connection couldn't get them to work. I was advised to purchase a USB Microphone - success we have sound. We struggled with the web cam until I found trouble shooting information from HP - their web chat didn't help at all. In the article it advises it won't work until a USB connection from monitor to computer is connected. Success we have both web cam and sound now working for all our Zoom calls. Did I miss this information on the original set up or was it not there? But it should be highlighted as it may have saved many frustrated hours.

Screen quality is average for the price. B&O speakers are good compared to other monitor speakers. The control joystick takes some getting used to. The camera quality is extremely poor and is quite flimsy. Also you need a USB C cable to get it working. It does not work all the time and it’s quite hit and miss. So it’s definitely not an all in one. Overall the monitor is not great for Mac users. At this price point there are far better options.

Have been using the monitor for a few months now (as part of my new lockdown workstation). It was really easy to use, looks great and has a good picture for the price.Unfortunately, the key problem is that, because the screen is supported by a spindle-thin mount, it wobbles whenever I type. It is extremely frustrating and seems like a ridiculous design flaw.I'd suggest going for something with a square base so that the monitor is more rigid... this is a real pain.
