Doc Martin - Series 9 [DVD]

Funnily enough I'm not a fan of Martin Clunes, but in Doc Martin he fits the bill perfectly. Same goes for Caroline Catz who I thought was a disaster as a detective in DCI Banks, but here she has found her ideal role.The story lines are entertaining rather than absorbing, and the series is easy to watch and quite humorous.For me picture quality, sound and subtitles are excellent and the price on Amazon more than competitive.

Great series really enjoyed the content of the show but the picture quality of these dvds is awful. Some of the picture quality is so bad that you can’t make out details. If There was an option to return the dvds after opening them I would as the picture is like watching tv back in the 50’s. I can’t recommend anyone to pay good money for this terrible picture quality.

This is still a great watch, can't believe it all started back in 2004All the principle characters are back for this series and are bang on formThis could well be the last run, according to rumour, as loose ends fromprevious series were played outFilmed in a beautiful part of the country (I have been fortunate to holidayin Port Isaac) it is lovely and typical of a small fishing village from another ageListen out for the humorous patient names , which started a few series' agoJust a great watch

This is second time of buying as first was scratched beyond believable and had to be returned! This one not a blemish so can enjoy Doc Martin as I love to do!

I am told this was as good as the previous series.

I enjoy watching Doc Martin and unfortunately missed the last series so was very pleased when I saw it advertised on Prime. Purchasing was very easy.
