Nice for a cheap hearing aid but lacks on/off switch. You would have to manually take out the battery. The battery life is pretty good if you remove the battery to turn it off. Not much noise distortion but could be better. The size is great for my ear and it is hard to notice it’s in. For the money, its better than the other 2 grand ones on the market.

Works well now I can hear .I got some some feedback buzzing when putting it in, but after adjusting it did fin anf its very comfortable. My only problem is finding batteries locally. Highly recommend it.

I liked the item very much after I received it. It amplifies sound effectively and has excellent filtration for background noise. I wish that it still worked. After only 1 and 1/2 months, the unit began to stop working intermittently and then quit altogether. I changed batteries when this happened with no improvement in the defect. It’s a good product, but obviously has a defect. Another problem is there is no on/off switch so you have to remove the battery each time it is not in use. I don’t want to purchase a second one and find it is also defective.

It takes time to get use to wearing the pair of hearing aids. But you'll hear things that you have missed out on for a long time.The pair is a great deal for the price you can't beat it.

Very difficult (or nearly impossible) to adjust the volume.

Got this for my friend who had permanent hearing impairment since childhood. She finds this product really useful and comfortable and she likes its outside design as well! Very nice product, would definitely recommend.

Although this digital hearing amplifier is a little bit expensive, it is really wonderful from my grandpa's perspective.
