Sun and Moon Tarot

I love these cards. I find they resonate deeply with people. The characters are drawn in a simple but very expressive manner. This is one of the decks that I keep in my satchel and if I'm doing a reading for myself it is the tarot I choose.

I bought a used version of the deck and couldn't be happier. The item arrived promptly and in the exact condition described. It is such a beautiful deck in it's simplicity.

This deck is delightful. Vanessa Decort worked on illustrations for children's books before creating this deck as part of her own Tarot study. What we get is a sense of whimsy with endearing figures that make you joyful to interact with cards. Often, we complain that the images on Tarot cards seem cold, distant, static, stagnant, and frankly, outdated. The Sun and Moon Tarot bypasses all of these uncomfortable elements to bring inviting, accessible images to the cards. Primarily based in the RWS system, she also incorporates a fair amount of Crowley's symbols, making it an approachable blend for students of either tarot line. The deck is printed on hefty matte card stock that feels a bit thicker than most U.S. Games decks. They shuffle and slide beautifully, feeling quite nice in your hands. The media could not be loaded. Lovely illustrations, but the keywords are not traditional. Many of the cards have some semblance of traditional symbolism. The colors are dark with a gloomy vibe, but the illustrations are lovely. The cards are thin and easy to shuffle. There is a coating on the cards that is somewhat protective. Nice price given the artwork. Easy to use and read. Comes with guidebook for beginners.

This deck speaks to me. The imagery is fun and relatable, but nothing spectacular. I bought it as a beginner deck and loved that so many cards had a little summary word up top to help me learn. I don't always feel (now as an experienced practitioner) that this word is the best choice but they helped me get started.But the thing about this deck that makes me give it 5 stars ten years after I first bought it is its energy. This deck has never steered me wrong. It's always been an honest yet kind and loving presence in my life. Some people love a catty deck that will read them to filth and there's a place for that, sure. But this isn't that deck. This deck is like a loving girlfriend that you've known forever who is going to tell you what she really thinks but in the kindest, most loving way she can.That's my experience with it anyway. I hope you find what you're looking for.

I purchased a traditional Rider Waite deck and they just sat there forever until I finally just threw them away.These cards really speak to me. I spend more time with them and I am learning more. The art work is beautiful. I love the interacial theme being mixed race myself.I have them in a little puch and I cary them everwhere. Last night I sat and talked with my church Pastor about them. He is a contemplative christian. I was raised traditional baptist and totally thought he would say that my cards are evil or something. But this is what he said. . . he told me that tarot cards are a good practice for me because they are helping me to look within myself for the divine wisdom and that part of the true spiritual journey is to seek answers from within and not always from without.He also said that practicing Tarot is like eating a good vegetable. It shouldn't make up your entire diet for every meal because you need other nutrients, but you should definitely include it because it is an essential nutrient itself (if it is your cup of tea).In short, I am satisfied :-)

I would say that the most lovable thing about them is there complete ambiguity, the images are so soft and so asexual and so... Les 78 images illustrées par l'artiste Vanessa Decort, sont de petites peintures (avec très discrètement le tissage de la toile) aux motifs très doux, elles sont très belles, riches en détails, et dégagent une bonne vibration. Différents symboles sont présents et ajoutent vraiment une dimension aux messages des cartes. Même sans le livre, on perçoit sa signification à l'intuition. Le book est concis, pas besoin de plus. Je le conseille vivement, mais c'est un avis personnel..

Sun and Moon tarot tiene un diseño muy interesante. Las imágenes corresponden a la vida actual pero se apega mucho al tarot de Aleister Crowley de quien la diseñadora habla al narrar su historia personal con las cartas.Transmiten mucho optimismo, frescura, y de esta manera los mensajes que transmiten son profundos, fluidos y positivos.Los compré porque me apareció la sugerencia de que había un descuento. No las conocía, algo en mi interior las pidió de inmediato y llegaron en excelente estado al día siguiente... Me enamoré de ellas. ¡Fue amor a primera vista! :)Agregado como uno de mis mazos favoritos en estos 30 años como tarotista.

These cards are adorable, but still include traditional symbology with a few modern twists. Some cards also bring in symbology from other traditions that is both interesting and adds to readings. The card stock is very stiff and seems to be great quality. The images could be a little bit bigger but nothing to complain about. I am enjoying the cards and would recommend them.I find when I do readings for people with these cards they love them too and although I have other decks and I still like the Rider-Waite, the Sun and Moon has become my favourite deck.

Absolutely amazing tarot cards. The design and images are so lovely. The meanings and details are very accurate and leaves room to depict tour own views too. Loves them that much I got 2 full sized decks (1 for home and 1 for my travel bag). I was going to buy the tin deck, however heard alot.of youtube reviews the cards are very small. Get the normal size you will not be disappointed.
