Deilin Bob Tape Lift for Large Breasts

My physio recommended that I use Kinesiology tape top help recover from tennis elbow. He supplied one strip of it initially so I had to buy my own to keep using it. I'll refer to the original tape from my physio as "the old tape". I'm not sure what brand he used but I can give a comparison to the tape he used. I'm assuming it was a good brand! I bought a roll of Deilin tape and I do recommend it. I've used it for almost two weeks now. The tape is thinner, but no less strong as the old tape. For me, this means much less pinching of the skin around the edges when I bend my arm so it's more comfortable. The tape sticks well and I have no rashes when I take it off. The old tape left a little bit of a rash. I change it every 3-4 days and it lasts this long and possibly longer. After a few washes in the shower the edges to come away a little but it's never been a problem and is expected after 2-3 days plus washing anyway. So this tape is at least as good as the old tape but is more comfortable to wear. I'll buy more of this if needed.

I have had an IT band issue on and off for a while and its not very pleasant. I have had physio and performed the recommended exercises, which do help. On my last visit to the physio they recommended this tape. I have seen athletes wear similar and didn't think this would help. Anyway I ordered two rolls and they arrived very quickly. The information you get with the product is excellent and shows you how best to apply. There is also you tube footage that shows how to apply the tape. I applied the tape and I have noticed a benefit. The pain is still there, but does seem easier to cope with. I would certainly signpost people with muscular issues to at least have a look at this product.

I hate writing bad reviews...but wanted to warn before you suffer more pain... please do not buy this if you have sensitive skin...yep! please listen when they say this! It will give you blistering welts. I wore this for a bad knee for a couple hours and I now have a big red blister and welts on my knee! I honestly do not know how anyone can wear this for up to 7 days as the tape rolls off and is extremely uncomfortable...super stretchy too so will not give much support. Definitely is not waterproof either..i have tested it. Buyer beware. On a good note it comes with instruction on how to use. Not for me though.. Sorry.

I recently slipped in some water in my kitchen floor and twisted my ankle which was really sore. Luckily I had a friend with me that knew this and ran to her house to get some and applied it to my foot. It was instant relief. It stuck really well and stayed for ages. I even showered with it as wouldn't dare remove it. Then I bought this one. Exactly the same as she applied the first time. The tricky bit is to figure out where to apply exactly as this makes a huge difference in the effect. Everyone should have one at home in case of needing it one day. I will defo always have one from now one. I do believe it improved my recovery a lot and helped tolarating the pain. Great stuff!

Plenty of it for the money. Cuts to shape easily. You must take care not to crease it when applying it to your skin. Once it’s on it adheres quite well. If you are hairy then I suggest you shave the area before applying it otherwise you will suffer when you pull it off.Provides support whilst allowing movement.

worked well for what it is, although was left with a couple of burn blisters on one small patch of arm. Managed to get 5 full shoulder tapes out of one roll which is good I suppose, product overall was good but it could have been better as there are more reliable tapes on the market.£30 Amazon e gift card available with review which must be emailed to company for redemption, if that comes through could probably stretch to 4 stars.

I have been using this for a sprained ankle and it's great. Provided so much support it got me through a 6 hour nursing shift no problems. I have even been in the shower and still been able to keep it on the next day. It adheres really well, skittle too well when you're trying to take it off. Soak it off or it feels like it's bringing the skin with it. But that's why you can keep it on for a few days without having to change it!

I got this for knee support due to on going issues. I've used other ones previously and this one works well. It adhere's to the skin and stays on . I've had no adverse reactions to it and it says on for a few days. My only complaint about this product is the initial smell which I put down to the dye used it in. Cleared a couple of days after opening the pack.
