Once I adjusted the tension. This works way better than a piston type seat suspension. Moves with you. Recommend.

It took me a while to order one of these, because the good ones cost some good money. My rump demanded that I purchase this and at least try it out. I love it. It makes a huge difference in erasing most bumps, and soften bigger bumps. I have it set to softest ride. I love how this pole uses a diffet method for seat installation and adjustment. What I don't like is (and it may be my fault bc I don't own a torque device) my nut fell off, then the screw during a ride. I replaced it with a similar size and length Philips screw. I tightened with a harder force than previous. That fell out also. Now, I'm trying the same method, but with a locknut. (I do have a torque wrench in order)

i tried taking out 6mm. ad turned counter clockwise until to min and still straight in air needed it back and when does it ingage cause my whole 250 didn't budge it please help

I've got a bike with front suspension as I'm sure many others do. I wanted a little extra shock absorption and thought this might do the trick. Out of the box, I didn't notice a lot of give, but after a little adjustment it seemed to help. I'm not saying it's going to be as good as rear shocks, but I'm very happy with it as it is sure to get me on the trails more and will add some years to my bike. Highly recommended!

I purchased this post to replace a Kalloy vertical type suspension seatpost. The post provides much more cushioning that the old vertical post, which didn't seem to do much of anything. I can feel it flex whenever I hit a hard bump. It only has 28mm of travel, but this seems to be enough. The post is well made, and has no side play. I'm nit sure why it's listed as a GANOPPER post as it says Post Moderne on the actual post I received.

The little screw that you need to release to get the rubber out of the middle immediately got stripped with very little force so it was a HUGE pain to install on my bike seat. By the time I got it installed and put it on I found out the post was way too long and my return window closed. I would give it to a friend but I still can’t get the rubber out and trying to get it onto another bike seat sounds worse than torture. Also, I released the weight capacity to the lightest and wasn’t able to get it to budge so I wonder how much dampening it really does. Maybe for a heavier person.
