This is a good book, and everyone should read it. SARK is one of the few favourite writers of mine. I think she makes it easy for everyone to feel good and smile.SARK books usually are all hand written and colored, this one is part handwritten and pictured and part typed. It makes the materials more abundance that previous books ( at least 3 times as much ), and still give you a genuine "taste of SARK".For those who have never read SARK (the CEO, executives, management people, etc), try to dive into a different type of book, go read SARK, it is a different type of "self help" book (labelling is such a pain, what is self help? aren't all book self help?).The book is about DREAMS, and DREAMS PERSUANCE. as one quote in the book said: "HOLD FAST TO DREAMS, FOR IF DREAMS DIE, LIFE IS A BROKEN-WINGED BIRD THAT CAN NOT FLY" (Langston Hughes).SARK inspire me to start drawing (what is a 44 years old CEO who have started so many new ventures want to do with Drawing?), her drawing is so simple (the feel is like "i can do that!") yet so vibrant and inspiring.Caution: Not all part of the book will be in sync with your believe system and your way of seeing life. Then again, what kind of books can make you one hundred percent relevant? If you can take, read, apply some part of the books and see the world in a different light, then it will already be more that enough.What stops you: get the book, find your dreams, and make them real. I hope i can induce you to try SARK for the first time and i believe you will find it worth reading.one idea: give this book as a souvenir to a friend, it will be a gift well remembered.

This is a great book. It will coax even the most anxious creative out of their shell (that was me). SARK truly helped me face my fear of creating. I am forever indebted to her.This book is perfect for someone who had high anxiety surrounding the creative process like me, as well as for people who need a bit of coaxing to pursue any sort of goal. I would probably use this book if I were needing that extra encouragement to write a book, start a small business, apply to a Ph. D program... This is a book that helps you not only with specific goals but in your whole overall approach and outlook to life.I am incredibly grateful for and blessed by this work by SARK. This book is healing, inspiring, colorful, whimsical, dream-inducing, life changing. This book helped me turn an entirely new page in my life and learn to think about the joy of the journey, and how to make each step of the way great instead of always waiting to arrive at the next goal. There is so much freedom in enjoying yourself along the way. Please, please, please, do yourself the blessed favor of buying and reading this book. SARK, my you be blessed as you have blessed me.

SARK is an amazing writer, and a force of creativity otherwise unknown to modern women. She is a one-of-a-kind gem. There are no books like SARK's books, other than SARK's other books! You simply must read them to understand this. She will give you a breath of fresh air, encourage you to be creative, spark your free-thinking self and release your soul from the trappings of misery and self-defeat, like only she can. I cannot recommend her books more highly. I have almost all of them, have read them, and have bought most of them right here on Amazon for great deals, used. They are not in most libraries (though I suppose you can request that your library order them). I came across SARK's books in the 1990's when they were new, and they are still just as near and dear to me now as they were then. Check out her website at planetsark.com. You will not be disappointed if you have an open mind.

This book marked the first time I've read any of Sark's work. I was impressed by her honesty and her gentle encouragement.Her artwork was a bit "kindergarten" for my taste, buy hey, I'm no art critic!I rate the book 5 stars because I think a month-by-month plan that is non-demanding and easy to implement will work for most people but especially for procrastinators.Some of the other reviews have said SARK'S writing is repetitive in this book and that may be true. As I said, I haven't read any of her other books. Perhaps you won't find any benefit if you've read her previous work.But if you're new to her writing, as I was, you will probably enjoy and benefit from her plan.

In classic SARK tradition, this book does not disappoint. Don't let the colorful, handwritten format throw you off the scent of a well-designed, inspirational plan for fulfilling your creative dreams. Take any, some, or all of the actions in this book, and watch out! You just might find fulfillment, one micro-movement at a time. Trust yourself. SARK says so. Nap already! Relax, and let yourself dream, then let your wisdom, with a nudge from SARK's creative pens, crayons and paints, guide you to the luminous land of reality where dreams really do come true.

Sark is in a class of her own. I love her illustrations and positive views of how to maneuver through life. So many books are on the market, I purchased one book for my library and picked another to cut up and use in my junk journal creations. So I extended the life of the book - INTO my life! Thanks Sark!

Great quality. This book is inspirational - something SARK does well. I recommend anything by her. The colorful nature of if make it that much more of a delight to read.

Fabulous book but couldn't give as planned gift due to writing inside. Kept for self and using in my support group facilitation. colourful and fun!

I love this book because it allows you to express your dreams and/or find them without feeling under any pressure - it's much more about nurturing your dreams than making them happen right now - which feels much more do-able! Enjoy :)
