Mixed Emotions
When I first started taking this product, I seemed to heat up, I wasn't as hungry and I did notice if I had a few glasses of wine I did not bloat up. But, then I found out my thyroid was completely not working, I have started menopause and everything tanked for me! I started putting on weight rapidly. Now that I have leveled off, I started taking them again. The only benefit I can really see, outwardly, is that they stave off bloating..that in itself was worth the 20$. Just not sure...

Expensive but it works!
This product is expensive but it works! The hardest part is remembering to take it 1/2 hour before eating twice a day! I really does shrink fat cells & seems to increase lean muscle mass. You might not loose much weight, but you definately loose inches!

one month after
I managed to lose weight within a month. I lost 15-20 lbs. But I combined this with healthy (and reduced) eating and exercise. I don't eat sweets, white bread, or greasy foods anymore. I also replaced soda and juice with green tea, which helped a lot. I'm not sure if one can see a dramatic result by taking GC alone but combining this with healthy eating and exercise helped a lot. My stomach is noticeably flatter and many people noticed that I lost lots of weight.

Didn't work
I won't buy again. It did nothing for me physically and I didn't lose weight. Oh well. Otherwise it was as described; packaged well and arrived quickly

expected more!
I've been on the product for 4 weeks. There has been no change in my weight or size. I do not exercise and changed nothing to see of just taking the product would do anything for lowering my weight. Sorry to say it didn't. I did feel more energy and that is a plus. I will continue to take the product for another month and see what happens.Rosey Posey
