This is very sturdy, not too heavy to move about as it has a handle. It's very quiet to use and if left out on view, makes you want to step on and go. Even 5 minutes makes your heart beat faster and makes you feel good. The stride may be a bit short for longer legs which could be a problem as it wouldn't feel like a natural walking pace. You need to get used to the stride and just go with it. It's really smooth to use.

I had intended to buy a treadmill, but the ones I looked at didn't seem as though they would last, or were too flimsy. This is a really sturdy piece of equipment - although I do get a mini workout just moving it around the flat!

Because of how the pedals are angled, it works best when you’re standing or when you sit on a high chair. However pedaling while sitting on a sofa or a low chair would be awkward as you cannot adjust the angle at which the pedals are set. This will in no way replicate the workout one could get from a full sized elliptical but it’s good for anyone who is on the mend, looking for rehab exercise or just a light workout while working or watching tele. When using it standing, it is quite tricky to keep one’s balance as there’s nothing to hold on to so I place it near a wall for support though it could be a good way to work the core. The biggest downside I think is the mechanical noise though you could get used to it. Super easy to install - just screw in the pedals.

This machine is what I’ve been looking for for years. I wouldn’t say I was enjoying it but I can watch Netflix as I use it it has lots of settings 1-9 at the moment I’m on level 4 and I can get a sweat up in about 20 minutes I’m about 100kg and pushing down which you think would be easy being my size isn’t but that’s a good thing looking forward to lv 9. Just a wee update been using this for 10 months regularly and it just broke so worth taking out the extended warranty.

Quality is not great. Product arrived with peeling paint on metal parts, one pedal is moving around when used, noisy. I am not returning it, as i can still use it, but if i knew, i would have bought something different.

This can be as easy or as hard as you want it when it comes to exercise. It fitseasily under a desk and can be used as part of your exercise routine.I am unsure of the accurate of the calorie burn counter, so tend to divide this number in half.Been using this for a year and have easily lost a stone in weight by just doing a half hour session, five times a week.Great little thing

So wanted to love this but after several attempts to use it I am unable to find a suitable position for it so it doesn’t slide along the floor when using it. You also need to sit on quite a high chair to be comfortable when using it. Even the none slip mat slides on the floor! Returned sadly.

Very pleased that this item satisfies the exercise requirements for my medical condition.Also pleased that it comes with a non-slip mat.Although it arrives in the standard XXXXXL Amazon box the actual item itself is straightforward to lift via its built-in handle.
