Really great for the price.
I was thinking on making my own wire harness for my hella horns on my subaru. Then I seen this harness for $12.00 and I was like ill take a chance on it worse case I wasted $12.00. When I got it I was very surprised on how much wire is in the harness. It worked great for wiring my hella horns in. I couldn't of made this harness for no $12.00 well worth the money.

Works great for hella horns on Nissan Juke
I used this to run a separate relay to a set of hella supertone horns on my Nissan Juke. The stock ones were just crappy. You can plug and play those horns but you run the risk of blowing the fuse if you don’t have a relay running separately and that fuse also controls the alternator so that’s something you don’t want to mess with... regardless. The relay harness was easy to install although, I did have to cut off the ends of the wires that go to the triggering harness for the steering wheel horn and peel the wire back and add 22 gauge male spade connectors in their place so they would hook up to my existing horn triggers. That was no biggy though and an easy fix and everything hooks up and it works perfectly now. I only rated 4* due to the fact it hasn’t even been on my car more than an hour so if it lasts then it lasts but also because of having to add my own connectors to it to fit my horn trigger clips but you can’t really expect everything to be perfect when it says “universal” over all though, well made and I didn’t have to wire a relay myself, I just had to plug and play. Thanks

Learn to solder, don’t be a putz.
Overall I’m satisfied I got a good product for the money. Sure some of the cables are a tad too long or too short, but I made it work. Really, if you have the patients and know how to solder and use heat shrink tubing, you can make it fit like a glove. I did soldered a proper harness end connector for the end that connects to the existing horn circuit, and zip tied the wires that had too much slack. Piece of cake, works great! Anyone here who bitches about the product not being perfect (short of being broken) doesn’t have any business working under the hood, because they either don’t know how basic vehicle electronics work, or is too lazy to make a universal harness work for them. Don’t be lazy, customize the harness for your car.

IJDM Horn wire kit 25amp only?
Arrive on time, why i gave 3 stars only? When I went on the website for the manual on how to install it, the fuse i got is 25amp and on the manual it says 30 amp and what I know on car horn some are 30 amps.

2011 Mazda MX-5
I replaced the Nautilus horn with this Hella Supertones and WOW! so much better. The wiring harness makes the install so much easier. Here are some tips to for a Mazda MX-5 Miata install with this combo:1. There are mounting holes already in the car (Thank you Mazda!) you just need bolts. So pickup a pair of M6 - 1.00 x 16, and two M6 lock washers. You can also use M6 1.00 x 20 bolts. BTW, I also used some thread locker to keep it in there.2. Take off the front bumper. Yes, it makes it so much easier.3. The stock horn connector is a spade type and the kit is cylindrical, so you'll need to figure that out by changing one of them. I just change mine to new spade type connectors.4. Run all the cable as per the directions in the kit and zip tie it to keep it nice and tidy.I hope this helps, LOVE my horn now.Dumb drivers and pedestrians on their phones too busy to watch where they are going to do not like how loud my horn is...LOL.Oh, some have use the stock horn connection, but I figured, since I'm already in there, why not do it right the FIRST time and not have to go back in and fix it.Here's the link to the Horn I installed:HELLA 003399801 Supertone 12V High Tone/Low Tone Twin Horn Kit

This harness is garbage. I bought this because it was recommended for installing dual horns on my 2015 Subaru Crosstrek. It's not even close. The ends are cut to ridiculous lengths. The two horn lead pairs match up with the headlights; the short one was too short to reach the horns, and the long end was twice as long as it needed to be. Universal or not, what car needs the horns to be 2 feet apart? The same goes for the battery connections; the hot lead reaches the battery with plenty of slack, but the negative terminal was almost a foot short. The bullet connectors make no sense, nothing in the horn circuit uses them. I looked over the "instructions" on the website, which were just pictures that don't match what I received. I thought I was saving a buck, but all I got was a waste of time. I threw this thing in the trash.

Great harness for the money.
Great harness for the money. I used it on a 2010 Tacoma with dual Hella Supertone horns. It worked very will but, was a little complicated to install with no instructions. Luckily it was fairy intuitive if you know a little about electrical circuits. I also looked at a couple of YouTube videos which helped. For that reason I gave it 4 stars. But, overall the installation turned out great and I am very happy with the harness and results.

Harness is really EASY to install
The media could not be loaded. 2016 WRX STI here, I installed these harness with no problems at all. I have small basic knowledge about electrical, but any how yes YOU DO have to modify your connectors in order to get it properly WORKING. I bought some electrical pins, connected it onto OEM connector just follow the basic RED/BLACK color and you are GOOD. even a 5 year old can do it. The only main concern I have here is that the wire is TOO SHORT connecting onto the OEM connector so I had to solder and lengthen the wire a bit, put some heat shrink, electrical tape and you are SOLID. The only plug and play on that part is the Harnees connecting onto your Hella horn. Definitely needs patience/ thinking when splicing/connecting wires. OVER ALL this Harness is GREAT I got no concerns. Definitely would recommend this Item.
