Not strike anywhere matches. Not the advertised product
What I received were not strike anywhere matches. I would not have spent this much money for strike on the box matches which can be purchased anywhere. I feel quite bripped off.

Difficult to Ignite
I do not like any of the Diamond Brand Matches I have bought recently. They are very difficult to ignite whether they are a wooden matchstick or paper-matchstick. The striking rough surfaces for igniting and scraping the match wear out very quickly and I am left with matches and have no suitable surface to strike them on. Wooden matches often never ignite when striking before the phosphorus tip is worn out and gone with no ignition. I am seeking other brands but this brand seems to have a corner on the household matches market.

Look closely This is a ripoff $1.50 for a box of 32 little matches
Look closely at the package you are paying 5 cents a match for a tiny match.

Read before buying
The worst matches I’ve ever purchased. Diamond brand is sold at my local grocery store. Strike in the box to be exact. The problem is the strike pad is about as rough as poster board. You have to strike the match over and over again to light which usually breaks the match stick.I bought the strike anywhere matches thinking that it would solve the problem.First, the match sticks themselves are thin and snap in half easily. Of course, the strike pad has little texture.I lit 7 matches. It took 20 matches to achieve this. The other 13 snapped in half. While the wood shaft is very thin and not durable, I believe I could have lit all 7 if the strike pad was not so smooth.

There matches - they strike and work.
Great when you need a strike anywhere match. Don't have to worry about that pesky striking strip.

Don't waste your money.
The sulfur tip is too small to strike anywhere but on the box.

do not strike anywhere but close
a lot more options on striking surfaces than the box but strike anywhere is a stretch. Not the old school strike anywhere but close.
