Very wonderful product
This is a gift for my friends party! They love it! The photo frame has a menu box, which itself looks very cute and innovative. These two frames look very high quality with many wooden heart pieces. Those heart shape are my favorite that people can write anything they like on the heart and put it into the photo frame and it looks great. Every guest like it so I am glad. It is a meaningful gift, and it bought nice memory to my friend, I believe it is a good option for a gift pick. Very satisfied with this shopping ;)

Came broken and missing pieces
The box the frame was shipped in looked beat up, and the tab that would hold it shut appeared extremely worn. Whatever, not a big deal, save some trees by reusing the cardboard. However, the frame turned out to be broken on the corners and there was only 1 small heart - far from the 100 small and 2 large that were advertised to be included. I immediately put in to return the product and am dropping it off at an Amazon locker tonight.

Good quality
Frame was bigger than I expected it to be, came with all the pieces and nothing broken like I had read in a couple reviews. The only complaint I have is the instruction board. I feel like it should say "loved ones" not "love ones" and some of the stuff written on it in the bottom left corner is confusing. Care left? We promise to complete? Not sure what that means. But otherwise, I am satisfied with this product for our wedding guestbook!

This is cute idea but cheaply sticky made.
Well order the first one and the kick stand part broken. So they send me another one and I have the foggiest idea what the hell is on the frame. Something stinkey n sticky. Also ugle line where paint is messing. And that is where most sticky part. So bad washed my hands first time 3 times then put back together and had washy hands another 3 times and I held it on top and bottom this time. Swear this does not want me to use in my wedding. Not worth money. So bummed about this.

Absolute junk and company ignores attempts to contact
Junk! The frame came apart before we even got it on the table! We glued it all back together and them the stand fell off the back after only 2 hearts were placed in the frame. So disappointed!!! I have messaged the company and all attempts were ignored!

Silly and poor quality
The frame came broken. Then the instruction board doesn’t even make sense and isn’t grammatically correct. For example, it says, “we will never forget our love ones who came.” Love ones? It’s “Loved ones.” Whatever, it was cheap.

Missing at least 90% of the pieces
90% of items were missing. Out of the 100 small wooden hearts I received only 1. Out of the 2 larger hearts I received 1. The sign with the instructions was missing. In addition the frame was broken. Do not order!!!!

Would not buy again.
some of the hearts didn't fit into the frame. As people put them in they stuck halfway down and we had to keep something close by to shove them down. Immediately after the wedding the whole thing broke.
