Unlike prescription sleep aids, the dietary supplement ones take a little bit to get into your system, so most likely you won't have results rights away. For me, it took six nights until I finally was able to get a good night's sleep. I'm not completely knocked out, but I do get several hours of sleep, which is better than what I was normally getting. Overall, I'm impressed with the Sleep-X and I recommend it to others.I received a complimentary sample in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.

This stuff works. With this Sleep blend and another one (somnapure) I was able to get off prescription sleep med- Ambien. I alternate these 2 so I don't build up a tolerance. Second bottle to purchase!

Makes you slightly drowsy overall I wouldn't buy this item.

It helps me get restful nights sleep without feeling drugged the next day for work.
