Charming Pet Tennis Heads Cow Plush Squeaky Dog Toy

My 8# chihuahua is tiny but she is an aggressive chewer, shaker & killer lol. It is literally her mission to kill all toys. When I took her in earlier this year she had a little lamb squeaky toy. Every toy I bought her, she destroyed quickly, but the lamb held on. It said K9 Tough Guard on it’s belly so I searched for it on Amazon. This is our 4th or 5th toy from this company and they are all still alive no matter how hard she tries to rip them apart. She doesn’t just chew and shake. She uses her lil teeth to pull at the fur or the fuzz on tennis balls trying to rip it off. These have held up. I’m buying all of her toys from now on with this company.This is the first one I bought with the rope. It’s not as squeaky as the others but she really likes to just gnaw on the rope knots. It’s also more fun to play with her with this toy and tug on one of the rope legs while she growls at me holding one of the rope arms in her mouth.

My dog went crazy over this toy. He carried it everywhere he went the first day. He managed to tear the ears and fur mane by the end of the night. I think that all the chewing was focused on the hanging loop sticking out of the top of the head. Once he removed that he stopped attacking the head. I should have cut off the loop before giving the lion to him. FYI the fur mane does not appear to have the tough fabric on it. I expected him to go after that area first so I am not entirely surprised he tore into it but it would be nice if that area was reinforced. Also, my dog naturally carried it around by the skinny neck area. It would be nice if there was a squeaker in that area.

My new rescue is a n 80 pound Great Pyrenees and shepherd mix. He will destroy any dog toy in under an hour. I went through four in the first two days I had him, some lasting just 40 minutes. Then I found this toy in a pet store. It took him ONLY four hours to rip apart. Making progress. After a couple of weeks I bought him another. It took a week to mutilate it but it wasn’t destroyed. Now that he has settled down I bought two more and he happily carries them around. This is the ONLY dog toy that I have found that holds up well. He has chewed off the ears and arms but the tennis ball head and body defy destruction. This is a great value and most importantly, provides entertainment. I should note that I removed the squeaker from the first one as soon as he had ripped the body open. This is well constructed and was worth the price paid.

This is probably sewn together well; however, there is no 'squeaker' in the head and the 'squeaker' in the body is ok if it could be chased down. It moves all around and that's not good. Our dog uses his squeaky toys to let us know he's ready to play. This toy is nothing but frustration to him so it's definitely not worth the price. As usual, he played with it outside the first day we received it and after a rainy, rainy day. The toy is filthy and not worth returning. Such a shame.

Both me and my puppy love this thing. The arms and legs pull through so that if the human has one arm and the dog has the other arm, they pull through the toy so that the toy is nice and long. Basically the ropes form an x inside so the left arm and right leg are the same piece of rope. The right arm and left leg are also a single piece of rope. This way you both have room to tug if each of you grabs both arms or both legs simultaneously. Hopefully that makes sense. Toy also has a squeaker at the head and groin which even smaller dogs can grab and squeak. We have two IGs.

My toy Aussies each pulled the arms off these toys in the first 15 minutes . . .leaves a big hole for the stuffing to be pulled out . . . super disappointing!! I bought 2 so "double" super disappointing . . might as well have tossed a $20 bill to the street . . . .

Purchased this for my 48 lbs pointer. He destroys toys quickly and can be an anxious chewer - this toy recently (It's May) lost its squeaker to a long chew session. This may just be because my guy has a soft spot for elephants, but this is a durable toy. Will purchase again.

I bought this as a replacement for an original my dog picked out at a pet store. She loved this toy so much that her original became quite gross very quickly so I decided to buy a replacement. She and my moms dogs all love it! In fact, I find it hidden all over the house when each dog tries to Bogarde it from the others. I think I will be having to buy multiples to keep everyone happy lol! Toy is good quality and the squeaker isn't high pitched which is good if your dog, like mine, carries it around just squeaking it for fun.

This was much smaller than I anticipated given the price, and didn’t last long at all. Definitely not durable for interactive play like tugs, but also not safe to leave unattended - the rope frays and unravels easily and thousands of individual strings are easily tugged and swallowed. had to be trashed after 3 days play - head ripped off and rope legs entirely unraveled and unsafe.
