I can’t say anything about getting results because this is the first time I’ve used it but It seems to be working the muscles feeling like I’ll be sore afterwards!**Update**It honestly doesn’t do anything it shocks your muscles but doesn’t leave you sore and I haven’t noticed any results I’ve been using it twice a day every day for 20 minutes each time it’s a waste a money tbh you’re better off just doing some sit-ups*update again* I’ve had them about a month now still not making a difference and the bottom two sections on the ab piece stopped working completely and the two above that are very weak even turned all the way up

OKAY - this is so awesome for toning, sore muscles, and those hard to reach spots that you work on. I’ve been using my two extra pads on my thighs, arms, upper back, and bottom! It’s a weird feeling at first but the first mode gets your body ready for work out it about to get. Thank you can choose from different simulation options like swimming, running, full work out... and it replicates the way your muscles would contract if they were doing that. I recommend to use it with a steady work out regime and proper diet to see the best results.

This is a muscle stimulator not to be confused with a TENS unit. At first I saw this and I thought this is pretty cheap quality however after using it for about 3 weeks now I've noticed that the quality is not bad at all it seems to be very durable the only negative comment that I have to say on it which is the only reason why I'm giving it for stars and not five is that the hydrogel pads that come on the unit are not of good quality and after about five uses I had to replace the pads themself. They do not tell you that you need to purchase these pads separately which are available on Amazon from several vendors and are very easy to replace. In addition the plastic that comes on them that you would hear the gel pads to to reuse them is not a good quality at all I feel that they should probably thick in the plastic so it's easier for people to reuse them because I had to purchase my own small sheet of lexan that will allow me to reuse these pads and store them properly. Other than that they work really well they do have an automatic shut-off and it does tell you when it needs to be recharged it does come with a three prong USB to micro USB cable however it does not include the 5 volt charger this is not really an issue as you can use a standard USB cell phone charger Supply and then just to hook this cable into the USB outlet I would recommend the power supply be at least one amp although the product could theoretically use less amperage than that to charge the device. I would highly recommend that you consult with your healthcare provider prior to using this device as it is not recommended for everyone across the board I have used this on my lower back and on my abs and biceps and have had really decent results considering. One thing to keep in mind is if you start to feel pain when using this product change out the gel pads because they're probably worn out

I bought this device about for months ago and started using it at an average frequency of once every other day. It worked fine until yesterday, when I realized that one of the electrodes supplying the electric current to the conductive pads had partially burnt-out. ... Really 😲😲😲😲??!! As a consequence, the intensity of the stimulation was reduced by more than half from its prior level, no matter the setting.This is clearly a device that was built not to last long. Its manufacturer probably wants their customers to spend $40 every trimester on a new device. ... Absolutely unacceptable 😔😔!! This is the reason why it earns an overall rating of two stars.

I used a device similar to this many years ago after knee surgery when I had muscle atrophy. Of course that device cost a lot of money through the medical clinic. This device is not as durable as the medical device, but it works just as well. I like how it starts at a low setting and you can increment it up to your comfort level. The higher levels can cause muscle cramping, as the muscles may not yet be conditioned for higher levels. Start low and work your way up over time, just like you would in a normal workout. Please follow the directions in regards to location placement to avoid injury. Some areas are just not meant to be shocked. I used the device twice a day for about a week and I have already noticed some differences like some muscle definition on my quads that I have not seen in years. It is compact, so it was easy to use while doing chores around the house. I retained the plastic protective sheets to protect the sticky pads when not in use. Great device for the price.

This is such a great product I’ve had it for over six months. I see people have problem with that he said but if you leave something it’s sticky out to dry it will no longer be sticky. So my recommendation is to store this in a large Ziploc baggie between each use. Make sure that you wash the area clean before applying. Common sense guys

I purchased this during a 6 week restriction from exercise due to surgery. My abs actually look better now than they did when I was doing a daily core workout. I had a strong core before but it is more defined. I can't wait to combine it with daily workouts. I haven't used the other two pieces that often on my arms or legs, but when i do I can immediately see a difference. The drawback for this product.... it's poor quality. The sticky pads pull off. The function of the electric portion on the one that goes on your abs, stopped transmitting on the majority of it after a few weeks. I will definitely look into a higher quality model and continue to use as part of my workout regimen.
