This is really good Popcorn. I was nervous because the last Popcorn that I ordered on-line was not good at all but this met all of my expectations. Nice and crunchy with a very slight sweet taste - 99% of the cornpopped - very nice taste - I was extremely pleased and will order this Popcorn again.

I prefer any non-GMO Heirloom popcorn. The hull less kernel is tender and crisp.

First tried in microwave oven popper -- didn't work very well at all. Then decided to try in cast iron pan with a little coconut oil on top of the stove. That was better but still some weren't popped. Also the popped corn was very small and definitely not worth the price of the bottle. Decided to give the balance to the birds.

Flavor and freshness were spot on, but this doesn't puff up at all when it pops, so I felt like I was eating more casing than popcorn the entire time. The yellow kernels puffed up the most, so I'll buy those only next time.
