I like the comfort and the ease of slipping them on.

These are my husbands, go to, shoe. He has purchased this same pair 4 times! And it takes years for him to wear them out!. They do go through a bit of a rotation. He has his "new" pair (AKA, his "going out to dinner" pair) ...and his "garage" pair, and his "yard" pair, and his "painting" pair. After they cycle through the paining pair - they are usually ready to be gifted to the garbage man, but even then, they have no split at the seams, and have some tread left. They are a great, comfortable, sturdy, attractive shoe!

great work shoes! I work at a car dealership, and am on my feet all day. These are very comfortable and a great buy.EDIT: I've bumped this down to four stars....still my favorite shoes and very comfortable, but just don't last. I've bought 4 pairs over the last 2 years, when Amazon has a lower price, as they are still my favorite shoes. I'm doing good to get 4 months out of them though before throwing them away and buying another pair. I can't find anything as comfortable...if only they held up a little better. The toe tends to be a weak point where the rubber sole starts to peel from the toe of the shoe. The brown rubber treads also eventually detach from the sole. They're still extremely comfortable and look great when new. I tend to only buy them when they get down around $40 due to the lifespan. Not a great value if you spend much more, as I'm sure I can spend $100 on some that will outlast them significantly. For around $40 though, I can justify spending $10 a month for shoes that I love.

My husband has a very high instep. I keep buying him shoes and can't satisfy him. I took a chance and bought these. They are a keeper. Not only do they fit well, they bring him comfort and they look great. I'm a very happy wife.

I already have this exact same pair of Sketchers bought locally so I am familiar with them and got to try them on for fit before buying. As they are no longer carried locally I was pleased to find them on Amazon so I ordered another pair. A repeat customer is probably the highest compliment a product can have.Be Aware, they are relaxed fit and very comfortable from the start BUT the sizing runs small. I normally wear a size 11.5 in dress and athletic shoes, but I wear a size 10 in these Sketchers for use without socks in the summer. For wearing socks size up a half size depending on sock thickness. I have a similar pair of Sketchers in my normal size 11.5 and they are too long for normal wear. I use them with socks to slip into for short trips outside to the mail box, etc. Too loose for wearing any length of time. Remember this if you order these shoes.I recommend these shoes for casual and comfortable wear which look good with jeans or cargo pants.

I have bought several of these Skechers loafers, they fit right out of the box, especially if you have wide feet, and are comfortable to walk in with their memory foam insoles. They are not very durable, don't expect them to last years if you do a lot of walking or outdoor activities. They do tend to stretch out with age and the foam insoles go flat. But for average daily use, commuting, office work, short walks, they're great. The first pairs I bought were better quality I think, both in materials and construction. These look like they might not last as long as the previous ones, but at this price I'll just get another pair.

Unfortunately, once you've worn the shoes for a while, you can't return them. The shoes felt like a good fit when I first wore them. However, walking a distance in these shoes caused severe irritation at the back of my ankle near the Achilles area.

I have a fairly large foot, size 14 .... very wide. I bought size 14 extra wide in these shoes. The actual size and fit was good in fact I'd say very good. This is rare for me so I was happy when I initially got them. I was happy until I wore them for about 5 hours at a work related dinner / fund raising event. At this event I was "working", moderately. At the end of the event on my drive home my heal was hurting so I took off the shoes to drive home. I had a large blister on the back of both of my feet at my Achilles tendon area.I figured the shoes were new and just needed a little time to break in. These things happen, not a huge deal. I decided to wear them about 5 days later after my blisters mostly healed up. Knowing they were prone to giving me blisters I decided to only wear them for a half day at work and wore thick cotton athletic socks. I wore them until lunch time then switched to another pair of shoes. I still got blisters.I wore them again the following week. This time I put bandaids on my Achilles tendon area, under a thick pair of socks, again I planned to take them off at lunch time. My goal being to break them in so they would stop causing blisters and pain. Nope. They still gave me blisters.Ok, fine, I decided to try them again. I put on bandaids, thick socks, and put a strip of duct tape on the back edge of the shoe where they were rubbing. Nope. They still gave me blisters.So these shoes feel good on your foot, as long as you don't walk with them on. At this point I plan to just use these as house slippers and not walk much with them on. I think they will make pretty good house slippers. I needed some house slippers anyway so I'm not upset about that. However, fair warning, if you plan to use these to walk around in I'd avoid these. If you want something to just slip on to take a few steps to the kitchen they are fine.
