I've purchased three or four competing products, but this is the one I keep buying, over and over. It gets a bit floppy and needs to be replaced after a lot of use, but it is an extremely good stand, perfectly flexible and easy to use, for a person like myself who is trying to keep a screen at the perfect angle for about 16 hours a day in bed.

I got this to replace my older one because it was too short. This one is longer, so mission accomplished there. It is easier to bend but still holds its shape very well. I am not sure what the purpose of the mount being removable is. I am not a fan of the mount itself. It works fine enough for my phone but the tabs aren't very deep and they are flat. It doesn't hold my 8" tablet very well at all because it can't grab on to the edges. Granted I have a case on it but if the mount edges were deeper and/or had rounded tabs it would grip better.

This is hard to get on because it needs to be larger to fit properly. When placed in landscape it turns too easily from left to right and is too loose for the weight of this iPad, which is one step under the Pro size. I may return this if I can find something better. I also have one for my iPhone 12. This one fits better and is much easier to put on. It does not keep turning and stays still. I like it for the phone.

The mounting options are limitless if you’re creative. The cord has held its original strength, even after multiple changes in manipulating over varying time periods and temperatures. It’s performance for the price point can not be beat. After being exposed to an entire summer in the Phoenix valley, there is only minimal discoloration/scaling of the plastic mount. My only gripe is that the retention springs are great along it’s holding axis, but opposite torque/bumping will dislodge your device. 5 outta 5

I have an arm mounted above my bed to hold my tablet at home, but due to some work being done on the house, I'm not at home. So I needed something to hold my tablet while reading or watching video in bed until I get back home. This works quite well.The flexible/gooseneck section is actually very easy to position while maintaining enough rigidity that it holds the weight of my tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e), and the length is perfect. I've been using it for about an hour as I write this and it's working out very well.The clamp, however, is going to be the weak point. It holds its rotated position fine (portrait or landscape), but the clamping part that actually grips the tablet could be a little better; it works, but it looks and feels a little flimsy. Not too big of a deal for me. If it breaks, I can exchange it or (outside of 30 days) 3D print replacement parts. The tablet will be used with the mount exclusively in bed, so if the clamp fails, my tablet won't get damaged in a fall.The Bluetooth shutter remote looks better than the ones I've gotten as an extra with stuff before but, honestly, I'll never use it, so I will not review it or it's quality.After reading reviews on similar neck tablet/phone holder items, this one looks like the best one for tablet use. Overall, I'm happy with it as it's doing what it's supposed to do.

I absolutely love this product, however it is HEAVY, but feels sturdy and conforms to whatever shape you twist it in. I hate the clamp design, it's very poorly engineered, I could see this breaking very easily. The magnet design is totally unnecessary, it serves no purpose other than to pull the plastic clamp on and off from the rubber encased metal wire. Metal and plastic just doesn't work well together. In my opinion if they would have made the clamp out of metal this would definitely make this a 5 star product. Another thing I hate about the clamp is that it is not very big. It barely holds the width of my Samsung Tab S2 8" tablet. The clamp design ends need to be improved in order to accommodate tablets enclosed in cases. The feet that holds the tablet or phone in place is very narrow and my tablet with manufacturer case is slim and it still barely holds it, slips out and falls frequently. If the manufacturer could re-design this clamp mount or offer to sell an upgraded version that would fit this gooseneck with metal magnetic tips I would totally and happily pay more to purchase the upgraded clamp. Overall I take good care of it and hope it will last a while. I am very careful when adjusting the position, to grab by the metal tips and not twist and flex the mount, otherwise I could understand why other people were complaining about the clamp just breaking from adjusting. I would definitely recommend if you want to enjoy hands free operation when reading or enjoying favorite shows.

This is the most fabulous holder I’ve ever had but unfortunately the holder swivel broke very early rendering it useless. Very upset.

Easy to use but a little week for larger tablets. Could be a bit more solid or ridged so it stays up better!

It is poorly designed and manufactured. Totally useless. Paid 25$ to ship it back!!
