These fit perfectly. They're a bit tighter than 1000 RPM, but I'm betting they'll do as most springs do and lose a bit of strength as they age. If they were spot on, they'd start engaging at 2800 RPM engine speed, which is 1000 RPM clutch speed. They start engaging about 3000 RPM engine speed. So, very close, and as I said, they'll likely stretch out and weaken a bit with use.
