Matt & Dana Pickled Pigs Feet in a Quart Jar

These pickled pigs feet are inedible. They are so soft, they are mushy as you eat them. Do not say I did not warn you.

Very tasty. Has a bitter and sweet taste. For first timers, you might be better off just slicing pieces off with a kitchen knife and tasting it that way, to avoid the "ick" factor. Couples very well with some beer, spam, sardines, canned peaches, steak, etc. It's a salty snack, but tastier and healthier than most items you'd find at a supermarket anyways.

The recipient loved them.

Taste okay, didn't like the packaging it leaked a little and the expiration date was before I received it. :-(
