Taking one at breakfast & lunch for a nice gentle energy. This version has 90 capsules and includes cordycepts too! I purchased all I could on Amazon since company has apparently replaced this with a different version which has only Asian genseng and only 30 capsules for the same cost. Hopefully they will bring back original formula which I have benefited from for years.

I love this product but i have to take 2...i would really enjoy a stronger version. Otherwise ITS MIRACULOUS ! I can feel when it kicks in ! I take them with a teaspokn of Sacred Seven Mushroom Powder and in 2 hours my engines are primed, im alert, still having focusing issues, but my brain is on. Brain fog blows.

this ginseng appears to be giving me more energy.So far I like this product.I bought a second bottle this month because I'm sharing it with my husband.I will continue to use this ginseng.

I take this supplement every other day and feel a noticeable increase in energy and good mood. Nothing dramatic but more like stabilizing my energy levels.

ASIAN ENERGY WORKS WELL. I think they should know how Amazon treats their valued customers. Delivery was to my vehicle bumper. Husband left for work approaching vehicle from the front and never saw it. Nowhere near a doorway to the house.
