I was dying grey items blk. They arent very blk, but they did turn out into a pretty cool gry/silver. It's ok.

Worked perfectly well! I added it to a royal blue to get a darker color & dyed my outside drop cloth curtains.

I wish I took a before picture- left pair were black but very faded/grey in areas and the right pair were dark blue. I followed all instructions and recommendations listed on the bottle to see best results. According to the directions, 1/2 of a bottle for 30 minutes would be enough, but I used two full bottles for 60 minutes. The old faded black pair looks like new again and the dark blue is now a darker blue. If using double the product for twice as long didn't turn an already very dark pair of jeans black, I have a really hard time believing that this would work for any piece of clothing black that isn't already black. With this being said, it will make your old faded black clothing look like new.

I have 2 black out curtains (green color) I want them black. Did everything by the book but at the end they still green.
