I have read several parenting books that would either make me feel like I am the worse mother in the world or just telling me what I want to hear. There was never a book that would give me practical advice or ways to solve some of the problems I was having with my child. I opened the book and expected to read, "You needed to do this...," "You should have been more selective of whom you had a child with." This book did not do this.Each chapter is structured in the form of a question. Each section is easy to read but full of good content. I also like the activities and recommendations at the end of each chapter. There are even activities for the children as well. If you are looking for a book to help you create the lifestyle and a mindset shift this book is for you. I also followed the author on social media; he has a lot of good videos for youth and parents.
