Best muesli type cereal I have ever had - it has become my favorite breakfast meal.
Muesli type cereal, sealed to keep it fresh, refrigerate after opening. I eat it with milk and add some fresh fruit, although most varieties already include a significant amount of fruit. They make about a dozen or so different varieties. I've tried several and all were excellent.

Not my favorite
I tried this cereal instead of the 4 For Nut Lovers, which I had before. The blackberry and raspberry seeds are hard and I have to spit them out. I won’t order this one again.
