This product will work for some people, however because my shoulders are wide it didnt work for me. I wish they made it more universal. So if you are smaller in shoulder width you will love it. I gave the reviews based on my experience. But overall the product is great and quality is good. Just not the right size.

The material rubs the inner sides of my arm pit area and is very uncomfortable to use when working out (Weights)I am 5"1 124lb. Wearing just to wear for your poster is okay.

My son has had poor posture for years and reminding (nagging) him to stand up straight wasn't working. Once the doctor told him about the problems he might have with his spine, we purchased this posture corrector. After wearing it for just a week, we've notice that his posture has improved tremendously. He will continue wearing it while in school until he has corrected the issue. GREAT and simple way to correct a potentially bad problem.

My back is night and day from the time this arrived. I wear it for two hours and then take it off for two hours. If I am sitting behind the desk, I always wear this. The pain in my back is no longer there because my posture has improved so much. This product did exactly as it promised. I've even ordered a second one just to play it safe. Definitely recommend and full thumbs up.

Good correction to my back. I am a computer analyst and been working in the area for over 15 years. Recently I realized that I need to correct my back, and find this brace. It works perfect! I ware it 2 hours per day and see effect really soon.

I’m picking boxes up the whole day at my work, and I needed something to correct my back pain. I have been using this corrector for a few days now, and it has work pretty good so far!

and I dont mean because it makes you sit up straight.it rubbed my skin raw and I couldnt wear it
