good shoes but Amazon service ridiculously bad
So it wook me 3 attempts to get the size I wanted, what is wrong with Amazon??I wanted a size 9 Uk (man).1)1st delivery was a 9 child, which fits a doll, and it made me smile.2)reordered and second delivery I got a size 10 instead of 9. Contanted customer service who, via chat, was useless, after wasting time i requested a call from someone, who was helpful but told me (wrongly) that perhaps the warehouse no longet has size 9 (although it was listed as available) and that they were sending me the next size up.3) I reordered a size 9, and I got another size 10!!4) For a laugh, seeing that by ordering a 9 I was sistematically getting delivered a 10, I ordered a size 8. Amazingly, I got delivered a 9 instead, so i finally got the size 9 i wanted but it took me 2 weeks, a lot of returns and some reverse psychology. It's so bad it's funny.Shoe itself is the usual Croc, quite good, perhaps this feels narrower than my old ones.

These are actually quite smart!
Handy for slipping on and nipping in and out of the house. I take a size 6 shoe and ordered a UK 6. There is a teeny bit of excess space, but not nearly as such as similar styles bought previously so I'm happy. I don't expect this type of footwear to be as snug as a shoe anyway. For me, I wouldn't risk going down a size as there is probably only a half size in it.I have quite broad feet. If you are a UK 6 but have daintier feet than me and like footwear really snug you might risk a size 5.

Crocs clogs, cheaper imitations just don't compare.
I have had cheap imitations of crocs prior, but I swear, there is no substitution for the real thing. I love my red crocs. Comfortable, cute looking in red, don't expand or shrink with temperature changes, don't leave creases in the material like cheap imitations. I particularly like the back sling that you can swing forward for a backless fit. I use the sling back when I want that extra protection over slippery walkway outside, or climbing steps. I think these will last me a long time, and give me good value for money, but I still may get a second pair just for the garden and outside. Basically you pay for what you get.

Sizes are confusing
I love crocs, my whole family live in them in the summer but I just can't get to grips with the sizing - there are 3 different sizes per shoe on Amazon - eu, American and UK I think but each seller lists different sizes and I keep being caught out. Why can't they just make and advertise them in one standard sizing?!

Disappointed
I have a pair of lined Blizen Crocs which I love. I use them when caravanning in the cooler months. They are useful and versatile so I thought I’d try an unlined pair for summer. Unfortunately they are HUGE. They aren’t the wrong size... they fit perfectly lengthwise but they are like boats. There is a significant gap alongside my foot all the way round. The result is that there is nothing to stop my feet sliding forward in the shoe (with every step) and crushing my toes against the front. Very uncomfortable and very disappointing.I will be returning them.

Great Customer service.
This retailer gave me very good service!I firstly bought a size, too small as the reviews stated that the Crocs are generally on the big side. I found however that the size you are is the size you should order! I asked for an exchange and two days later the exchange took place and I had my new Crocks in the right size. These slip on-s are great for summer and even better for winter when you can walk in your socks indoors and quickly slip them on when going outside to do something. This style in particular gives the usual bulky Croc an more stylish look. I will buy them again when these wear out.

AVOID!! 2.5 sizes smaller that chart size for UK converting
Very disappointed- I ensured my size was UK 5 which it always is and they were tiny, about 3 sizes smaller than my current ones. I threw out the box and wore them but they were definitely not true to size and far too small no supporting arch which I love with my current crocs so really this brand one must need about 2-2.5 sizes more they literally blistered my heels after one day and I’ve had to put them away and back on my old ones. Very poor very sore and several sizes smaller than advertised for UK size. Given the extreme discomfort, size disparity, and lack of arch support they didn’t feel at all like genuine crocs. Really annoying.

Look after your feet
Crocs have a bad rep amongst fashion fools, they are however amazing footwear. I actually bought these so my wife and I would be that weird family that has matching house shoes. She recently bought a pair after suffering a Croc blow out whilst walking down the hall. She'd had her previous pair about 10 years though so you know they last. They are a little on the large size which with a normal shoe i'd just wear thicker socks... not sure if I can get away with socks and crocs so I will just accept they are a little large. Still though, they are the most comfortable perfect house shoes around!
