Much better tasting than the canned sauces we tried. I recommend.

I've been using Christian Potier sauces, especially Hollandaise, for three years--and now more than ever because I have become a low-carb eater. Eggs Benedict on low-carb toast or keto English muffins is a breakfast mainstay, and I eat a lot of salmon, broccoli and asparagus. And even America's Test Kitchen's blender Hollandaise recipe is a bit of a pain, with a lot to clean up after.So here's the good news: this is as delicious as ever, and just as convenient and keto-friendly. Now the bad (but it's a relatively minor quibble)--it now comes only 2 packets per box rather than the original 3. Enough to take off a star--but definitely not enough to kick it down from 5 stars to 1. (Price alone is not a valid reason for a negative review of a good product, IMHO, especially when a careful reading of the listing would have prevented unpleasant surprises).

Misleading item description! I was expecting 2 packages and NOT ONE package with two pouches. This makes ONE serving for $6.00!!! Do NOT recommend!! Scam!
