MOOSOO Cordless Vacuum Cleaner 23Kpa Strong Suction 2 in 1 Stick Vacuum Ultra-Quiet Handheld Vacuum with Brushless Motor Multi-attachments (Model: K17)

(Quick update at the bottom)I was extremely skeptical of this vacuum cleaner. My husband and I sat and read reviews upon reviews for one for our new house and decided to settle on this one since we have 7/11 rooms that are hardwood floors (not counting 6 closets and 1 hallway that is hardwood). The other 4 are done in thick, plush carpet, so I needed something that would work on both types of floors without the hassle of being too heavy or too bulky when lugging it around, preferably cordless.I’ve gone through every brand imaginable— Dyson, Hoover, Kirby, Oreck, Shark, Bissell.... some were good and what I was looking for, but would either be really heavy or wouldn’t have the suction I was looking for...Got this one and received it in about 6 days (which honestly isn’t bad despite having Prime considering all that is going on with COVID-19 at the moment—I expected at least another week).Box is extremely lightweight and takes maybe 5 minutes to attach everything together. Let it charge for about 15 minutes before giving it a test run to see if the reviews were what it was cracked up to be....Well, they were! It’s small, so if you have big rooms, it’ll take some extra time to get all the floors, but it definitely does well on both hardwood and carpet. Letting it fully charge gave me plenty of battery and still had enough juice to go out and vacuum out my car real quick (yeah, this thing can even convert into THAT), it’s so small and lightweight).We have two indoor cats, so I gave one of the attachments a try to see how well it would do with fur. Didn’t have to go over a spot constantly just to pick up little hairs as this thing sucked it up in one swipe. So, that was a big check mark on the list of things I needed this vacuum to do...Purposely shook out a workboot and let mud go all over my utility room—this got it all up without hassle. Didn’t have to sweep the floor after as it picked up every small piece of dirt, dust, you name it, it got it. Could walk on it barefoot without feeling anything but the floor itself.Does well on carpet, too. I purposely sprinkled a little bit of litter out of a bag into my carpet to give this a try (since the litter box is off in the utility room, they have to go past carpet to get to the rest of the house). Got it all up. Ran my hands over to make sure and couldn’t even find one little spec. The vacuums I had would almost always leave something behind, but this got it all on the second setting (yeah, it has two settings for suction).It’s extremely easy to store and comes with a wall mount that charges it, making it take up much less room than any other vacuum I’ve had.I’ll see how well this thing does in the upcoming months, but right now, I am so glad I made this purchase. It’s been extremely easy to use on my floors and makes vacuuming a breeze since having it. Fingers crossed this is the last vacuum I’ll ever have to buy.* * * EDIT (JUNE 2020): * * *I’ve had it for a little while now and still holds true to my first impression. I’m using it daily and have even had a few family members ask where they can get one—they liked it a lot.HOWEVER, there’s one thing I had to do. One little thing that started to cause me issues (like the unit getting really warm—not good).Others may not even need to do this AT ALL (so this isn’t a MUST), but I have indoor cats, and it needed to be done on my end. Otherwise, the vacuum was causing me issues after a few rooms on the daily. Keep in mind, what I’m about to say I had to do WILL void any warranties one may have, so don’t do it if you ever plan on sending it back or needing it worked on (considering most parts are available on Amazon, this wasn’t an issue on my part as I didn’t do a warranty).On the inside of the “bucket” attachment where the HEPA filters are, there is a entry for the debris where the nozzle attachments click into. There’s a little rubber flap that was blocking A LOT of things. Seems to be a little too “heavy/thick” for the cleaning I do, because it would block off a lot of cat hair, litter, mud—you name it.It got so bad one day I noticed the bucket was very light, but I know I had picked up a decent amount of small debris in my floors. Then I realized where the handle was, it felt warm to the touch. Had never got that warm before. So, what was the deal? Where was everything I had just picked up off my floors?It was all clogged in the long nozzle. Once I raised the vacuum up, it all poured out of the head. Not good!I took it apart immediately and noticed the little rubber flap wasn’t opening all the way to let anything through. Testing it a few times, it seemed to get “stuck” when it closed back. So, carefully, I cut it. I didn’t cut it all the way off, no, but I did cut some bits off to allow something like cat hair to still get through without clogging and overheating.Has worked like a charm ever since. Zero issues with daily use and I constantly keep a check on my filters to make sure all is working as intended.So if you have issues, I may suggest checking that part. Just don’t do it yourself if you have a warranty. Instead, bring it up with MOOSOO and see if something can be done to help. Otherwise, if you’re like me and you bought it for the long haul and enjoy risks, have at it.My suggestion with MOOSOO for this product? Make the rubber flap thinner and lighter. The one on my unit was just way too thick and was barely moving to let the smallest amount get through.Happy cleaning, all!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  It's really skeptical when we put all the pieces together, it's so lightweight and the motor looks small, but when we charge it up, it cleans no less than the other brand name we bought and at only 1/3 of price. You can tell we are so satisfied from the video we post here. We can finish our entire floor without even have to worry about the battery being drained. This is one of our smart purchases, highly recommend it!

When we first ordered the vacuum we were slightly intimidated by the price but decided to give it a try due to all the great previous reviews. The vacuum arrived all neatly packed and organized with all the parts listed. I have to admit there were a lot of parts, but we are very glad there are so many different attachments!The vacuum was versatile in every way, from it's size to all the different head it comes with. We decided to test it out on our wooden floor and car, and the end result was better than what we expected! We HIGHLY recommend this small vacuum that packs a punch and it will make you go find dirty things to clean. As you can see in the pictures, we only tested it out on a few different surfaces and we cannot be happier with the results! Looking forward to using this daily and also not limited by a cord with FOUR hours of battery life. Great product!

When it came out of the box, I thought "Oh my, this is too small!" One never knows, so I assembled it. Without a glance at the manual, it went together in a minute or two and powered up on the first try. This is a very impressive small vacuum. The brushless motor is ultra smooth and quiet, even at high speed.Truth be told, the low speed is too low to remove tortilla chip pieces on ceramic tile. It may be perfect for dusting off delicate crystal and other light jobs The high setting is wonderful! It has remarkable suction yet is still very quiet and smooth. The powered head works well with it and cleaned up the little piles of kitchen snippings intentionally left on the floor while it was in transit.It stands nicely on its own with the head in place, so I'll probably keep it in the pantry, close to where it's needed most. That's a remarkable statement, come to think of it. I just checked to be sure - yes, it has a U-joint for the powered head that makes it nimble to use, but when it's standing up on the head, the U-joint is blocked to keep it upright. Nice.I honestly didn't expect to be so positively surprised. Manufacturing quality is very good to excellent. Same with fit and finish as delivered. The wish list for the machine would include some kind of wall-mount to organize it's nifty accessories. The combination of this, the Dyson, and the Shark Genius steam mop make a great tile and carpet combo.

This is a great helper! I am satisfied with the strong suction, it cleans up even tiny debris on the floor. It has multiple attachments so can reach those hard to clean areas at home. Also it is quite so I can do the cleaning when my kids are sleeping, this is a big plus for a busy working mom.

Very nice little vacuum cleaner it really does a nice job cleaning carpet and hardwood floors I am disabled and in a wheelchair and it is perfect for me no cords in the way I’ve used it for five times now and haven’t charge the battery yet when you first get it and snap things together make sure they are locked when you And change the accessories otherwise the powerhead and LED lights won’t work if you see the lights working in the brush span and you got everything right

It is a complete disaster to pay almost 400 dollars on a vacuum cleaner that goes dead only 4 months after purchase!!!. Worst decision ever made buying this vacuum cleaner!!

壁にネジ止めする壁掛けホルダー兼充電台が付属すること自体は嬉しいんだけど、ホルダーに掛けて保管している間はずっと充電器につないだ状態になるので、100％満充電を維持してバッテリー寿命を縮めたりしたら嫌だなあと公式に問い合わせたらやはり「充電が終わったら壁掛けホルダーからは外したほうが良い」との回答。壁に掛けて保管したいのなら、充電完了を確認し次第コンセントからACアダプタを引っこ抜くなり、給電を止める中間スイッチを仕込むなりする必要がある。ホルダーに掛けるだけで充電してくれるのって、便利ではあるけど不便でもあるんだなと思った。

中国製品としては良いもので、日本に販売拠点があることは安心です。吸引力は2段で、低速でもしっかり吸ってくれます。欠点は説明書がせっかくカラー印刷をされた割に説明がわかりにくい。吸引ヘッドが布団や毛布に対応していないため、内部に吸い込んでしまう。布製品用のヘッドが欲しい！ハンディータイプは電池が問題ですが、別売りも格安で手に入ります。5時間充電ですが、アダプターを壁にネジで取り付けるタイプで、壁に傷を付けたくない場合は他の方法を考える必要があります。値段の割には良い製品だと思います。紙モップでゴミを集めてから吸い込むのに使っています。

まず重い！高いところなど毎日出来なくなりました。次に、延長パイプなどアタッチメントと本体を分離する時にやたらと硬い！次に、充電器から外すのがとにかく硬い！最後に、ヘッドが大きいので端は吸えません。ちょっとした事ですが毎日の事なので買い替え検討。たまたま、届いたものが硬いのか？あと、2000円OFFクーポン押さなかったので尚更凹みます。
