Missing set screw - could not put up until we located another set screw - really irritating
Towel ring is fine - but missing the hardware to put it up - SUPER IRRITATING!!!! Ordered another one and it came just fine. Returned the first one - and they say they never got it even though I have a proof of delivery. Now I am fighting to get my money back for the one I returned from Amazon. Really an unpleasant buying experience.

Good Quality Perfect Match
It's a little more expensive than some others, but it's a higher quality product. And considering that it was designed to match the faucet set we bought, darn well worth it.Haven't had it long enough to assess long term sturdiness, but confident it will hold up. And it was a simple install.
