My 5yr old loves these transformers. The price is great and they’re fun to collect and add on. They don’t transform like most transformers but this is a good thing for young children who may struggle to with the transforming (or a 31yr old mother who can never seem to figure them out either). They’re a large size which the kids have fun playing with. It’s also fun how you can purchase accessories to go along with the sets. We now have 3 and he’s still after more!

Purchased this for a recent Transformers fan and has been a night time "reading" buddy for our son. He always brings "robot" to the reading corner every night and loves him. Even though it doesn't "transform"-- pretty much just stands and sits and the arms and head move, it's a good buy given the size of the transformer and not easy to break, as ours has fallen a few times. I do wish that it came with a character to go inside the center chest opening area, rather than have to purchase that separately. But aside from that, it's a good toy for a toddler 1-4 years old that likes Transformer Bots! I purchased the smaller, more expensive bots that transform into something else and it was not as well received as the big bot that I purchased, even though it doesn't transform, the size was more important to our little one.

Toddlers love this Transformers Bots even though in this case they don't really transform much except have their chest cavity open for storage. Little kids really love these toys and derive much enjoyment in playing make believe. In fact, I think it is for the best these series have few moving parts except for the arms and legs as too many moving parts may not be suitable for little ones.Overall this toy is likely to be a hit with little toddlers who are into the Transformers series. Recommended.

Nice toy for anyone who likes Rescue Bots. The small Burns Family Figures (which have to be purchased separately) fit well in the chest. Unfortunately the figure does not transform, but since it holds the people figures it is a fair trade off. I have 3 boys ages 3, 5 and 8. All 3 have been playing with it for about 2 years now and tend to throw it around a lot. Very durable, no issues with breaking. Only downside is the hinged lid for the chest compartment often comes off, and my kids have to ask me to replace it for them frequently. Otherwise a nice toy for young children.

I don't get the eople that are complaining about it not being transformable. My 3 year old loves these guys! They are huge and durable. That's the key word: DURABLE. The fact that it does not transform is a GOOD thing, as this toy will LAST LONGER! I wish I had more of these for him to play with. 100% satisfied.

Nice toy. Transformer toys are always a hit with my grandson. This one does not transform, it’s fixed position only but it’s still a fun toy for a 3 year old.

I know that isn't the recommend age range but the toy is handling him well. Admittedly he likes to talk to him and pose him more than bash him but the bashing my 9 year old son had given Blades has not affected anything on the toy at all, no joints out of whack, no scuffed plastic, nothing. They are built to last. I'm loving them. I definitely got more than my money's worth on this purchase.

Read the reviews - yes it doesn’t transform -It’s clear but my twin boys love their grate sized optimis and bumble bee.They are lasting better than local toys we bought so we are planning on extending the range. Just can’t find Chase in the range - which sucks
