Great shirts
I was looking for a cool comfortable shirt to wear outside in sunny and hot weather. I've tried many different ones. When i first got this shirt I was not sure if it would do the job. To test it I wore it on a 90 degree day while outside working on the farm. It worked great. No sunburn at all and I was comfortable all day. It dried quickly after a rain shower while the other guys t shirts were still wet. I did order 1 size bigger than i usually wear because I wanted it nice and loose, which it is.

Coolest, most comfortable
I love these shirts. I got one and now I have one for every day of the work week. It has been over 100 degrees lately and wouldn't even think of wearing another shirt. I can go without sunscreen (except my face), and with the slightest breeze and a little sweat, I feel about 10 degrees cooler. I recently went to the science museum, that had an exhibit with a thermal camera. Everyone's shirt was a degree of red, and my columbia PFG was a cool white! I have a hane's and an amazon basics version of these shirts, but the columbia is waayy better.

Good shirt with a decent fit
This is a nice shirt with great sun protection. I wore it while in the Dominican Republic to help protect from the hot summer rays and it served its purpose very well.My only complaint is the fit around the chest area, I do not really enjoy how the fabric falls, but this is a small issue.The shirt is comfortable and beatable which makes it enjoyable to wear even on a hot summer day!

For the fair skinned individual
I bought this shirt for a trip to the tropics and now I wear it to the beach and on the boat all the time. It's comfortable and light weight and has been awesome for sun protection and even a light shirt to wear when doing yard work around the house!

Bought this for my husband, to wear on the boat, he loves it. Looks great, nice color (light blue), true to size for him, he is 5'10, 220lbs wears XL in all shirts, bought him the XL. Haven't washed it yet, but plan to hand wash as much as possible and air dry. Awesome price for the brand!

Columbia's sun protection clothing is highly respected for a reason - this shirt is noticeably better than other "UPF 50+" shirts I purchased to compare when trying to find proper protection.Even when standing in full sun on a high UV day, the Columbia shirt feels cooler than cotton clothing or polyester athletic clothing. It's like being in the shade all day long, and wearing this shirt is way easier than slopping on sunscreen.
