I’m using this for sourdough starter. We use our starter year round so having a crock that is easy to clean is a must. Nice glaze that fits the need. Use some cheese cloth and a rubber band to keep out unwanted no see um’s. Good value

I liked that the crock is very well made. It is a heavy strong piece that will stand up to all my cooking utensils. I am looking forward to buying another for my future fermentation projects along with the lid to it.

The bottom is not financed properly and scrapes our counter if you slide it across. The top doesn’t really match the white color of the pot.
