First impressions...
First impressions: the pans coating is a reddish orange color and is attractive, seems to be well made with solid feeling handles, the weight is good, and it seems to heat up and retain heat well. I bought this for use as a finishing pan after seeing my favorite local (Korea) Teriyaki restaurant using something similar on their gas range. For my first attempt cooked Al Pastor first on my electric grill until just about finished then patted it dry and finished it with this pan over a gas flame. Ended up with all the crunchy darker bits that are so hard to get without shaving it off a trompo. Very happy. Probably just made the best Al Pastor available in Korea right now. Look forward to trying other things (kebabs?). Will update as needed. Right now this pan is definitely my new favorite cooking tool.

Great Grill Pan
Works great! Received it as a Father’s Day gift and have used it to grill veggies since! It cooks evenly and is easy to clean.

Heavy duty!
This pan is very well made and quite sturdy. So far it has been easy to clean and the non stick surface is holding up well. Be sure to use grilling utensils that will not scratch. We expect to have this pan last for many years. It’s all about the non stick coating, though and if it doesn’t flake off (like every other one we’ve had before) we’ll be happy.

It's great on the grill. Yes you have to clean all the holes but it's worth it. Perfect for fish.
