Like the product, worked for the intended purpose tho unfortunately it broke so now the needles come out but if I press it down the needles go back in, disappointed that for the price it didn't last longer.

Overall, Ive been using this for a while with no issues it hasnt broke on me or anything and works as needed. It came with helpful tips on the directions and the only thing that sucks is that its hard to clean cuz of the needles but thats the nature of the product and not a defect.

All hard plastic, so simple design. Needles are sharp and laser straight. Height adjustment is not exact science, but close enough. Price is right!

My first order arrived as an empty, never sealed envelope. Luckily I got a refund and reordered, only to have it not even be used once before it broke. The injection mold was faulty, and while I could reassemble, it’s impossible to match up the dial to the correct numbers in doing so, meaning I’ll have to guess the length. And even before it broke, I couldn’t ever get the needles out longer than 1, even that requiring force because of the misshapen plastic, so half the settings were a bit useless but I didn’t need them. EDIT: second use, the needles went into the stamp and would not come out again. Do not recommend.

I would have given this product 5 stars but there is a huge issue with choosing the product depth. I rotated the handle to .5 depth for use on my scalp. As I was using the product, the needle depth kept changing on its own. I noticed some pain and checked to see it had rotated to .75 on its own. Does not lock in place! I had to try to hold it in place while using which made the whole procedure really awkward.
