Can i return them if they dont fit

I have a broard foot would these be suitable

Do these have good arch support on the inner side of the foot? I have a sore ankle from stretched ligaments so need something quite supportive

The size 4 is loose at the top and a bit too long on my feet. Anyone know if a size down will be tighter?
