I first heard about these mats from an ad for Pranamat. I looked into the Pranamat but it is ridiculously overpriced. So I turned to Amazon and found several similar mats. I was almost set on one that looked great for $60, then I saw this one at half that price. I was a little hesitant because there were no reviews on the product or seller. But I figured I could always return it if I wasn't happy. My order came in two days and I have to say, I am very pleased with this mat. It has the same coconut fiber mat inside as the more expensive mats. The cloth surrounding the coconut fiber is not actually cloth, but a cheap wrap that is often found in product packaging. But you don't really see that inside part so not a huge deal. The outer covering is a linen-type material, perfectly fine. The lotus spikes are sharp and feel very secure on the mat. This does not come with a bag to carry it around but it does have straps that are attached to each end. You fold the mat in half, secure it with two snaps, and then you can carry it around by the straps. I actually think this is a little easier than folding it and putting it in a bag. I bought this in the hopes that it will help with the constant upper back pain and stiffness that I have but I can't say yet whether this will actually help. I just wanted to review the quality of the mat in case anyone else is wondering. If these types of mats in general do help, then this one surely will as well. To sum up, it's fantastic quality for the price. If you are thinking about getting one of these mats, this is a great choice.

I appreciate the design of the mat. It snaps together easily if I want to bring it somewhere. It's also such a relief for my menstrual cramps. I just put a small pillow under it to fit to my lower back and lie there. It hurt at first when I slowly lowered myself on it but after about 2 minutes there was this warm inner heat that I felt there and all of the pain melted away. And I don't know if it's the placebo effect but I felt super energized at work after I used this. Super impressed. The design of the lotus spikes are aesthetically pleasing, too.

I have used multiple different brands. In terms of quality, clean/healthy materials, and the effectiveness of this mat, I’d give it five stars. My one and ONLY complaint is that the thick natural fiber pad inside, is too stiff and hard. I like to have my mat flex to my neck and body, (especially when I have a headache from tension in my neck) the hardness of the pad hurt the back of my head to the point of a headache. So I removed the pad and am enjoying it much more now.

So, I saw a commercial about how the acupressure mats help circulation, etc and thought it looked like a great idea. Only I didn’t want to spend $$$ on an impulse buy. I liked that this one has natural filling and that there’s a pillow that matches. My kids and I have thoroughly enjoyed testing it out. Not sure of the medical benefits yet, but it is well-made and, at the price I paid, I think I got the better end of this deal.

This acupressure mat is a must have for your health and wellness collection. It relieved my lower back pain and any tension I was carrying between my shoulder blades. My significant other suffers from sciatica and scoliosis and this mat has helped him find relief. It’s a wonderful product at a very fair price. I would highly recommend to everyone. The spikes are uncomfortable for the first 5-10 minutes but relief is just on the other side so hang in there or wear a T-shirt or cover the mat with a thin blanket or towel for less intensity.

Nice quality. Have had for over a year and the passing is holding up very nicely and the lotus puncture points are still as new. Yup! This is the one.

I like it - easy to use becoming nice bag so easy to store. Spikes are sharply but for me it’s the best level you can start using it with soft T-shirt by time switch to no clothes it’s really working. Nice colors and it seems really good quality. Great replacement for expensive mat for reasonable price.It’s gonna be my Christmas gifts I bought 4 already 😊

They really put a lot of effort in making it tough enough to endure it for many years to come.As for pain relief, I only used it a few times and I’ll give it to someone eventually for Christmas present 🎁.
