Great First Game
The media could not be loaded. I remember this game from when I was little. Now that I have a granddaughter I was thrilled to find they still sell this game. I am glad I paid just a bit more to get this well made version of Hi-Ho Cherry-O. There is a cheaper version, but little kids would ruin that game easily. This version comes in a cardboard box. The board itself is made of a hard plastic, so it will last through many, many toddler hands hitting the board and maybe even a tantrum or two.We have been playing this game since the granddaughter turned three and she is four and a half now. We still still play frequently, because this game if fun and educational. The cherries are a bit hard for a three year old to pick up, but it helped her to work on fine motor skills. This game teaches taking turns, sportsmanship, counting and is just fun for kids to play. This will last my family through several grandchildren. Who knows, they may even be able to keep this game for their own future children. That would not be the case with the cheaper version of this game.

Sturdy game
Lots of counting games out there. But for some reason picking these little cherriesout of the bucket/putting on the tree and vice versa is really fun. 4 yr old loves it.

Great counting game
This is a great game for teaching kiddos counting. My 3 year old has already improved counting and I don't think they realize they are doing math while having a good time. Sometimes the game goes by super quick, but if you end up putting cherries on and off, then it may take a few turns to complete the game.

Great Game for Little Ones
This is a great game for little ones that want to play board games. Little ones can engage in play with easy to follow rules. Great for practicing counting and teaching good sportsmanship early on. If you keep the playing portion of the game in the box as a base, it can last a long time.

MUST HAVE
This game really takes me back to my childhood which is why I purchased it for my children. Counting the cherries on the tree have been so beneficial for my littles to have fun AND learn at the same time. We've had this for weeks now and there hasn't been day that they haven't played. If I could change one thing it would be the cardboard spinner. It began to warp in a couple of weeks so I attached it to a more solid foundation so it'll last.

Fun Game, Lots of Nostalgia :)
I loved this game as a kid, and my daughter lives it now :) it's great for developing fine motor skills by picking the cherries from the tree, and learning to play turn-based board games with others. It's good for developing their counting skills as well. It is a teensy bit flimsy though, as the board is made of really thin plastic. But my daughter is 4 (relatively careful for her age) and hasn't broken it yet.
