Instructions in Chinese, you figure multi functions &even how to charge it by trial and error.
Bought as a gift for a bachelorette party. I checked it out before wrapping and discovered the instructions are completely in Chinese or whatever Asian country manufactured it. Not a word of English. Even the charger is not apparent! If seller wants to sell on Amazon, he should do what most international vendors do and provide customers with instructions in multiple languages.
