humidity seems perfect as none are drowning or shrink wrapping
Eggs are hatching left right and center and its day 21. I used a second thermometer and 38.8 was 37.5. humidity seems perfect as none are drowning or shrink wrapping. I am very pleased with my first hatch. The "Free Candler" didn't work with even a fresh battery but not a big deal to me as i wasn't purchasing a candler. Very good product, just no box window to see whats going on.

I brought another one it is so good.....
This product is a total bargain for the price, excellent in all respects if you are hatching eggs get one, no get two.

not easy to judge how much water to put in
no candler,small box inside was open so it may have been removed, incubator not packed in foam as stated(only in plastic bag), difficult to top water up as you could only lift the lid up so far really 2 man job, not easy to judge how much water to put in , not able to contact suppliers rang number on box and left message but no response, no guarantee or return address . None of the eggs hatched ,although using our own candler all apart from one appeared fertile. Never had this problem with our old incubater.
