Q: my hips are a 48 and my waist is a 32. Should I get a large or XL?

My hips are 43 i got a large n it was digging into the hips like crazy!!! And it literally gives u a vagina wedgie! I do not think an xl wd even work for me because the thong part is built for a short person and is skinny from back to front!!!!
