This might very well be one of the best battery packs I have ever owned. It seems to have an endless supply of power. Obviously that’s not true, of course, but it holds so very much that I seldom need to recharge it. I keep this in my purse for whenever I have to refuel my phone on the go. Sometimes it’s weeks before it finally ends up empty.When it’s completely empty, it does take several hours to fully recharge, so I just plug it up overnight and then I don’t have to worry about it. It seems to fill itself up kind of quickly but it holds so much energy that it does take a while to completely fillIf anything ever happens to this battery pack I would surely come back and buy this exact same one again.

At 10,000mAh this battery pack is great for weekend trips. Its able to charge my Google Pixel 3XL about 2.5x. It also allows for Power Delivery via USB-C, input and output, which I love. As you can see from the photo, this is the first battery pack i've seen that provides two sets of cables within the package. They also provide you with a nice suede pouch, which is good to keep the battery pack nice and fresh. I'd recommend this pack to friends.

after visiting with ravpowerbank representative about issues and their unconcern about their false advertising, misleading advertising, and as the representative admitted that their description of this item was misleading. the add clearly states works with all iphones. the item came with two charge chords, of which both only plug into the charger to charge the ravpowerbank and no chords for use with Iphones. they stated that the plugs were for android plugs, well my problem with that is they have two of the same android plug type which wont work on my amazon fire, takes a type c plugin, the gentleman didn't care about the misleading info for their product, and said if you don't want it return it to amazon and that they wouldn't send chords to fit my phone. He said they don't sell apple or iPhone products but if you read the add you will see that they clearly state that their product works with iphone thru 11. The gentleman couldn't explain why the two chords are the same as he stated there were two types and he stated one of them was the type for my amazon fire and no he would not exchange one of them for the plug in that would fit my device. type c. he said send it back to amazon for refund. SO BUYER BEWARE.

This charger is not compatible for the iPhone 11, as the ad says it does. Feeling like I just wasted $20. Should probably delete that this works for the iphone 11 charger.

I bought this model, over many other similar options, for its stated dimensions. The product image claims it is 4.2 x 2 x 0.45 inches. Unfortunately this is not accurate at all: I just received it and it measures about 5.4 x 2.7 x 0.6 inches. It's also heavier than most 10000mAh models. Will probably exchange for a different brand cause I don't like getting duped.Update: I communicated with the seller who was helpful, corrected the error in the listing right away, and offered me a complimentary item that I am happy with. Because of this service I have updated to 5 stars.

I bought the Power Bank, not knowing what to expect in terms of both durability and power. So far, the Power Bank has delivered on both! I have a USB connection in my backpack for the Power Bank, and this has helped me out on several occasions when I thought I would have to go without a phone because my phone was dead. I literally have a portable phone charger with me everywhere I go, so no more dead phone! The Power Bank can also charge my iPad, which is a huge plus.

I was forced to buy a new battery pack after my old one took a crap. This one is by far the best bang for your buck. I love rav power products and wouldn’t expect anything less than awesome.

I have an iphone 11. WRONG USB CABLES included in this order. in order. The 2 on the left were included. The one on the right should have been included and fits the iphone 11.
