Hot and not bitter
Would you rather have an original Sriracha sauce made in Thailand or a California sauce? Taste this and you can tell the difference. Grand Mountain is not bitter like the green-capped rooster sauce. I was turned on to this sauce buy my Thai wife 40 years ago. We use nothing else. I even carry this with me when traveling.

We found this at our International market and it is sooooo good! It has a great even burn and has less of a vinegar taste than the Rooster sauce. Tastes better on more varieties of foods.
