Way less bulky than most and almost perfect
All the devices I have are rated for 100 - 240v so I only need something to convert the pins (Dell laptop, Canon camera, and Samsung Phone). I didn't need one of those monsterous blocks that reduce the voltage while obstructing at least one additional outlet on a powerstrip ... not good for conference rooms where outlets are usually limited. Buyers should know this has (1) grounded outlet and (1) un-grounded/2-prong connections. The little square charger that came with my Samsung Galaxy S2 fits perfectly on the 2-prong side.Cons:- As another reviewer noted, every outlet I have seen in Israel has a circle on the wall plate and the plug is slightly recessed (between 1/8 - 1/4"). This plug is a square shape that is larger than the circle so it ends up at an angle and not fully plugged in. However, it has stayed securely connected and has not caused any problems. The larger/bulky models typically sit further away from the outlet so this isn't a problem.- The 2-prong outlet on the side is on the small side and I can see how some plugs may not fit (has not been a problem for me)My only regret is not buying a 2nd before this trip so I could charge all my gadgets at the same time.

Great for Israel
I used this in Israel on a daily basis, in 4 different hotels, with no problems. I plugged a double USB adapter in the front, and a single USB adapter on the bottom, and we were able to charge 3 devices at once overnight, every night, with no issue (Note: if your travels take you to Jordan you will need another adapter). Also, to reiterate what others have said, this is an adapter, not a converter. If you are coming from the US, as long as the electronic or the plug you are sticking into this says "100-240V", you won't have any problems. I looked at everything in my house and all said that, except for our hairdryers, to my wife's chagrin. However, all of the hotels that we stayed at in Israel had hairdryers, so there was no need for plugging into this.

Works great! No problems
I stayed In everything from a modern Israeli hotel to a run-down apartment that was probably built in the 1960s. This adapter worked perfectly everywhere. Just to test, I also took with me a small, two-pronged adapter that is for Southern European outlets, and that too worked in Israel. (I didn't have any electronics that required a ground, and therefore would not have worked with the two-pronged adapter, but would still have worked with the OREI adapter.) So if you already have the the Southern European adapter (its prongs are slightly smaller than the Northern European adapter) that might suffice if your electronics won't put a lot of weight on the adapter. But if they do put a lot of weight on the adapter (as my MacBook Pro's charger does), that can pull the European adapter out of the outlet, so get the OREI adapter in that case. I'm glad I did.

Worked just fine but did not fit properly.
This product worked great. I used both outputs at the same time without a problem. Whatever you plug in must be able to handle 220volts. Shouldn't be a problem with most devices but just check the label on the plug to make sure.I deducted a star because of the design. The housing of the device is square with rounded corners but the outlets in Israel all have a round face-plate. This prevents the converter from plugging in all the way. It still made enough contact to work properly and the face-plate of the outlet covered the exposed prongs well enough to not be much of a hazard. It looks like they had to do it this way in order to accommodate the second outlet on the top.

Fits exactly does the job properly and highly recommend
The product is well designed for any option needed when buying a product from European countries for example but the electricity is suitable but the output to it as with us and it does the job properly. The plug heads fit in perfectly and sit strong and stable with no displacements that can cause damage. It is well built and feels qualityDefinitely recommend

Square plug, round hole
I bought this product 2 years ago, but only tried to use it recently on a trip to Israel. My wife made a trip last year and complained that it kept falling out of the wall plug. I saw why for myself on this recent trip. The plastic part where the prongs protrude is square, but the Israel wall receptacles have a shallow round circle around them that prevents the plug from fully engaging. It sort of works if you use it very carefully, but it does fall out of the receptacle sometimes. I noticed that the current pic on Amazon shows a ROUND configuration on the prong side, but that is not what I received two years ago. Maybe you will have better luck and get the right unit. For me, I'll just use the simple 2-prong adapter. They tend to fall out of the wall plug too if you use something a little heavy like a 4-place USB adapter, but at least you won't have paid so much for something that does not work as advertised.

Worked perfectly in Israel, & amazing customer service
The plug adapter worked perfectly for me in Israel, and didn't have any problems fitting it into outlet plugs. Also, I just wanted to call out the amazing customer service - I ordered about a week before heading off to my trip and opted for free shipping. They worked with me courteously and extensively to ensure that the plug reached me in time for me to take on my trip to Israel, even when the original shipment was delayed because the delivery truck was in a traffic accident and toppled over - they 2-day express mailed the plug to me just to make sure that I received it on time.So rare now in the digital age, really have to give them props.Thank you!
